  • Flu Clinic 2025

    Upcoming flu vaccination clinics scheduled for the Crownpoint Service Unit area communities. Individuals should bring current immunization record, current insurance card or insurance information. All insurance carriers will be subject to be billed for service rendered. Uninsured Non-Native Americans will be subject to be billed directly. Patients of Crownpoint, Thoreau, and Pueblo Pintado can have their immunization records checked if the immunization record is unavailable.
