Upcoming flu vaccination clinics scheduled for the Crownpoint Service Unit area communities. Individuals should bring current immunization record, current insurance card or insurance information. All insurance carriers will be subject to be billed for service rendered. Uninsured Non-Native Americans will be subject to be billed directly. Patients of Crownpoint, Thoreau, and Pueblo Pintado can have their immunization records checked if the immunization record is unavailable.

CSU are providing immunizations for the 2025-2026 flu season To Protect the Circle of Life. Protect Yourself. Protect Your People. Influenza & COVID pose a greater risk to certain people, including pregnant women, children, and elders, who are all at high risk for flu-related & COVID complications.
